[C]aliownye ine Corcan died 29 December 
intestate, And the court haith ordered 
William, Donald and John her brethren 
executors, yt ys ordered by consent of the 
said William & his father that they shall 
seeke no devision frome John Mc Quiggin 
husband of the said Caliownie of anie of 
his goods but are contented to take 
there own goods again, which they gave 
in dowrie three pounds which the said 
Quiggin ys to pay to the said executors at three 
severall dayes viz at May next 20s 
at Michaelmas next after 20s and 
at Christmas 19s suerties for the 
monie to be payd John Shurlock sub 
pena £6 to the Lord
